What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years of experience in facilities field, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering, Previous experience in facilities management or engineering within a manufacturing environment, knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes applicable to manufacturing facilities, Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience

Ensure facilities and infrastructure are designed
and maintenance of facilities
Manage projects for facility improvement
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Optimize facility performance to support production
Develop project plans
Coordinate construction activities
Implement preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors; Work with safety and environmental teams; Work with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers; Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams; Communicate primarily and frequently with internal contacts; Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues
