Must Have
Master's/Bachelor's/advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems Design, Maintenance, and Operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments, Possession of certification on PLC, SCADA, Knowledge of Python/R, Web development, Software ecosystem, database, statistical knowledge or relevant programming skills, Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedure and installation work for PLC, Instrumentation, Toxic Gas Monitoring and SCADA, Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry, Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis

We are looking for a Facilities Control Engineer to lead engineering and maintenance activities in the areas of Control and SMART Facility systems on site. This role is essential for ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of control infrastructure that supports advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with site, corporate, and departmental objectives. They will contribute expert technical knowledge to advance innovative solutions, ensuring visible impact at the project or program level. The role also requires awareness of leadership skill development, fostering growth in both technical and leadership dimensions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all control operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline. * Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems. * Provide expert-level support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies. * Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands. * Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades.
