Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Key Objective** Manage a team and to lead and drive Facilities project execution, CAPEX optimization, and tool installation activities by ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business priorities—delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. **Project Management** * **Purpose** * To deliver Facilities and projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and Micron standards. * **Project Planning & Initiation** * Define and validate project scope, objectives, and success criteria * Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP), schedule, and milestone plan * Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies * **Project Execution & Coordination** * Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (design → construction → commissioning → handover) * Coordinate across: * Facilities Engineering * Manufacturing / Operations * EHS / Compliance * Vendors, consultants, contractors * Act as single point of contact for project stakeholders * **Schedule & Progress Control** * Track progress against baseline schedule * Identify delays and drive recovery plans * Conduct regular project review meetings and reporting * **Construction & Site Management** * Oversee site execution in live production environment * Ensure: * Safe work execution * No disruption to production * Proper coordination with tool installs and facilitation plans * **Quality, Safety & Compliance** * Ensure compliance with: *
