What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Electrical/Mechanical qualification, HNC or time spent in a Multi-skilled apprenticeship, Services back-ground / facilities experience ideally within Food manufacturing or high volume manufacturing environment, CI experience and use of Lean Manufacturing techniques, Significant Trouble shooting and fault-finding diagnostics and resolution experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Demonstrate team skills with a positive attitude and professional approach
What You'll Do.
Supervision and safe operating procedures for visiting contractors
Respond promptly to facilities-related breakdowns
Assist with basic projects
Ensure all Compliance service and inspection schedules are completed
Implement and Drive Continuous Improvement projects
Work Closely with Operations improving site assets
Assist the Engineering Department in achieving budget targets
Optimisation of the CMMS system
Assist in emergency breakdown repairs
Assist in the installation of new equipment
