What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years hands on experience, Demonstrable understanding of process engineering or BMS control systems, Data analysis management ability, Willing to work a 12-hours shift pattern (Day/Night), Emotional Intelligence, IT oriented, Confident communicator, Good level of written and spoken English, Clear understanding of technical engineering systems, Ability to act logically and calmly during potential crisis situations, Maintain communication and escalate in a timely manner, Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/ I&C Engineering, Competence in BMS application and operations, Good knowledge in MS office & Mail communication, Committed execution capability, Sound knowledge in handling service partners, Customer service focus, Good physical & mentally fitness
Nice to Have
1 years and above experience in BMS or Instrument & Controls (I&C) environment, Consideration for less than 3 years ' experience candidate with fundamental engineering installation/system mechanical/electrical/chemical, Instrument & Control (I&C) background, Experience required for Diploma holders 5 years with 3 years in BMS Field, Experience required for BE holders at least 3 years in BMS, Local language preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide centralise monitoring and incident control
Work with local regional site teams
Pioneer and develop global engineering control centre
Support incident controller
Ensure system settings are available
Maintain close contact with site team
Provide monitoring and health checking operating systems
Perform alarm responses
Perform first line remote fix
Smooth out daily operations
Prepare the environment
Make informed decisions
Act quickly and responsibly
Monitor maintenance activities
Complete all repairs and maintenance
Act logically and calmly during potential crisis situations
Track and close abnormalities of online monitoring system
Achieve operational excellence in ROC functions
Identify and implement energy saving plans
Achieve Zero Open incidents
Achieve Zero overdue help desk requests
Support team to achieve KPIs
Support team to achieve SLAs
Support documentation
Support file management
Adhere to escalation processes
Escalate on vendor performance
Coordinate with vendors
Communicate incidents to team
Communicate incidents to client
Check and ensure operation of BMS
Inform Respective Shift in charge of abnormalities/critical active
