Prior facility engineering or building management experience required, Ability to work within a regulated environment, Working knowledge of financial principles and practices, Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet, Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems, Working knowledge of leases, contract and related documents
Nice to Have
Engineering degree preferred, Interpersonal and human relationship HR experience desired

Oversee repair and upgrades
Comply with environmental
Comply with safety and health procedures
Project Management of Future Facility upgrades
Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
Oversees building security
Plan and coordinate new office systems
Coordinate department facility-related activities
Develops and implements facility emergency plans
Ensuring facilities meet government regulations
Ensuring facilities meet environmental requirements
Responsible for facilities insurance
Responsible for bank holder inspections
Advising on energy efficiency
Provides occupants with updates
Identify and implement savings projects
Supervising grounds maintenance
Responsible for invoice processing
Responsible for space planning
Manage Facility Maintenance technician
