Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / related field), Facilities Management or Information Systems / Data / Science & Technology (with relevant experience)
Nice to Have
Experience with CMMS / BMS / IoT / Utilities monitoring systems, Exposure to ISO, RBA, or sustainability reporting systems, Technical or data analytics background

Job Description The Facilities Engineer Analyst role is responsible for providing technical support, system governance, and data-driven analysis for Facilities operations. This role supports the operational stability and continuous improvement of facility systems, including maintenance management, building monitoring, utilities monitoring, and sustainability systems. The role is also responsible for departmental systems related to finance, inventory, compliance, and facilities governance. Acting as a key coordinator for Facilities management systems, this position supports ISO compliance, cost control, sustainability initiatives, and RBA requirements. The role makes substantial technical contributions to the department by applying proven solutions to complex operational and system-related challenges.
