**[What the role is]** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated personnel to oversee the planning, execution, and management of Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance standard. **[What you will be working on]** * Oversee the planning, execution, and management of A&A projects, ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and regulatory compliance * Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. * Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building regulations, fire safety codes, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. * Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness. * Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including drafting requirements specifications for requests for quotation (RFQ), conducting evaluations, and overseeing contract administration. * Collaborate with stakeholders to address and implement campus space planning needs effectively. **[What we are looking for]** * Relevant degree and minimum 3-5 years of related work experience. * Good interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills. * Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge is a bonus. * Experienced in managing outsourced service providers. * Knowledge and experience in A&A works
