Full Job Description

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. We are seeking a Facilities Electrician to support the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the electrical systems that power our electrolyzer manufacturing and testing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining facility and equipment electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operation across a wide range of industrial systems. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and facilities teams to support production goals while maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety and compliance. This position is based onsite in Devens, MA and reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Equipment & Facilities. Primary Responsibilities Maintain a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license and ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes Champion electrical safety by implementing and adhering to NFPA 70E, OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards, and site-specific electrical safety programs Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues across facility and equipment systems ranging from 110V single-phase through 480V three-phase distribution Read and interpret equipment schematics, design drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and one-line diagrams Modify and maintain breaker panels, distribution boards, and associated overcurrent protection devices in compliance with applicable codes Install and terminate conduit systems including EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit, as well as cable trays and raceways Pull, route, and terminate power and control cables for equipment ranging from wall-powered devices to large industrial manufacturing systems Tie in and commission new equipment to facility electrical infrastructure, ensuring proper phasing,
