S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10, 001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training., Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the civil engineering or construction industry, Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with demonstrated experience in complex site design, Experience designing industrial sites, particularly manufacturing campuses, Knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices, understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems, Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills, Effective communication and collaboration abilities, High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CAD Technology, or related field, Experience with additional design software (Revit, MicroStation, etc. ), Experience with civil calculation design software (ICPR, WaterGEMS, etc. ), Knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements, Experience with BIM workflows and 3D modeling, AutoCAD Civil 3D certification, Associate's degree or higher in related field preferred

We are seeking an experienced Civil CAD Designer Level II to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop and maintain complex industrial site designs for manufacturing campuses. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D * Develop site layout plans, grading plans, utility plans, and details for industrial manufacturing facilities * Perform earthwork calculations, corridor modeling, and surface creation * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design compliance * Review and validate design drawings for quality assurance * Prepare construction documentation packages * Support project teams throughout the design process * Maintain organized digital drawing files and documentation **Required Qualifications:** * 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the civil engineering or construction industry * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with demonstrated experience in complex site design * Experience designing industrial sites, particularly manufacturing campuses * Knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices * Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems
