About the job Key to each of our facilities is the team behind the scenes, working to maintain and to keep each of our locations as beautiful and operable with each passing day, as the day it opened. The Facilities Custodian and Housekeeping Staff is primarily responsible for both the nitty-gritty behind-the-scenes upkeep and for longer-term preventive maintenance (PM) management. The Facilities Custodian and Housekeeping Staff will partner with each of the department heads operating out of our West Sacramento production facility to ensure all incremental cleaning and maintenance is completed and that our PM and emergency response (ER) vendors are fully invested in their support of Blue Bottle. The Facilities Custodian and Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the facility. This role encompasses a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and custodial tasks to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The Facilities Custodian and Housekeeping Staff contributes to a positive atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients. This position works in our West Sacramento Production Facility and would be expected to work Monday - Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. ## You Will Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they meet hygiene standards. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with facility policies.
