TxDOT’s Pharr District Facilities Section is seeking a Facilities Coordinator I, II or III to lead and support facility operations across the district. This role supervises technical staff and is responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and monitoring building maintenance and operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality facilities. Salary Range: Facilities Coordinator I (B18):    $52,800 - $71,055/annually                                                      $4,400 - $5,921.25/monthly Facilities Coordinator II (B20):   $60,000 - $81,351/annually                                                      $5,000 - $6,779.25/monthly Facilities Coordinator III (B22):  $73,200 - $93,138/annually                                                      $6,100 - $7,761.50/monthly Important: The Texas Department of Transportation reserves the sole right in determining the level of position based on the applicant's work experience, education, skill level, and all other appropriate factors, and based on business needs.   52,800.00 93,138.00
