What You'll Do.
Assist Facilities Manager with operational activities
Provide support for multi-skilled operatives
Monitor performance of multi-skilled operatives
Coordinate multi-skilled operatives
Develop working relationship with Client stakeholders
Develop working relationship with partners
Develop working relationship with landlord
Develop working relationship with managing agents
Develop working relationship with facilities vendors
Assist in management of contractors
Ensure contractors perform to required standards
Inspect vendors' works
Assist in procurement of vendors
Assist in procurement of services
Assist in financial processes
Ensure financial management requirements are completed
Ensure prompt management of purchase orders
Manage purchase orders in financial platform
Assist with monthly accrual reports
Monitor finance trackers
Conduct site inspections
Conduct site assessments
Conduct regular audits
Carry out safety procedures
Carry out building procedures
Carry out ad-hoc duties
Carry out performance measures
Assist in implementation of property risk management program
Assist in implementation of industry best practice operations
Maintain premises in neat condition
Maintain premises in good working condition
Maintain duplicate office keys in good order
Support implementation of disaster recovering plans
Support implementation of business continuity plans
Support monitoring of disaster recovering plans
