Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves:** The Facilities Coordinator will provide support to the Site and Facility Management Operational Team by assisting with accounting and finance, Vendor oversight, procuring equipment and supplies and proactively developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure that expected service levels are achieved within the controlled environment of a Life Science high-end account. **** **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Actively support a culture of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success * Respond to all work order procurement requests in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service * Identify opportunities for improved operation, service excellence and cost savings and make well thought out recommendations * Provide information and direction to Client, Vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption * Assist in Vendor onboarding as required * Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site/s including purchase order and invoice tracking * Support multiple departments within JLL from a procurement, vendor development, and contracting perspective * Other duties as assigned __Client Relationship Management__ * Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indic
