Job ID: 1647 The Role: We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. In this role, you will be responsible for day to day front desk administrative duties. The ideal candidate is someone who is a team player with a “no job is too big or too small” attitude. Responsibilities: Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, ensuring compliance to visitor policies, and announcing them appropriately Coordinate and facilitate tours for visitors and new hires, including access, badging, and desk assignment
