Your Impact: The Facilities Coordinator supports the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning by managing day-to-day operations across our Somerville campuses, ensuring smooth building operations and rapid response to facilities needs. Reports to: Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning Location: On-site position based in Somerville, MA Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all daily facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance across Somerville campuses. Serve as primary emergency contact for Sommerville facilities. Triage incoming requests by urgency and implement or delegate solutions that are practical and cost effective. Coordinate directly with local vendors (HVAC, electrical, access control, etc.) to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs. Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements. Track and report on facilities spending for routine maintenance and small projects. Assist the Head of Facilities with onsite logistics for larger renovations, moves, and fitouts.
