What You'll Do.
Maintain physical space
and functional environment
Manage and process work orders
resolve problems quickly
Draft and implement preventative maintenance schedules
Ensure safety standards are followed
Coordinate and provide safety escorts
Participate in emergency preparedness planning
Maintain inventory of reorders
Coordinate trainings for Facilities staff
Assist in delivery of supplies
Perform other related duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acts as liaison between staff and outside contractors; Fosters an environment that promotes trust and cooperation; Plays an active role in planning organization-wide activities; Participates in general membership meetings, fundraisers, and other public events; Participates in outreach activities, agency advocacy; Serves on ad hoc committees; Attends AHS staff retreats and Board of Directors meetings; Participates in agency-wide quality improvement program processes; Performance improvement teams
