ACCEL Schools is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in the Cincinnati/Dayton region. This individual will support a variety of facilities and operational activities. The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Sr Director of Procurement & Facilities and works collaboratively with other members of the Operations team to support our schools. Responsibilities: Manage the daily maintenance and repair activities for the school properties. Prioritize tasks to respond with the appropriate urgency as issues arise. Coordinate resources to maintain school facilities in clean and safe conditions. Visit schools for evaluation of contractor performance and to support school staff. Develop effective supplier relationships. Coordinate sourcing and bidding for annual contracts, service agreements and projects. Assist in operations related activities in support of schools and other properties. Management of various other projects as needed. Communicate effectively with school staff, management, and suppliers. Administrative functions: Adding and updating information in the maintenance management system. Coordinating documentation related to facilities maintenance activities and assets. Creating and managing facilities related schedules and records. Request purchase orders
