This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment while delivering high-quality service to employees and visitors. The Assistant bridges strategic facility management and day-to-day execution by handling work orders, vendor coordination, logistics, and administrative support. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related service requests * Receive, prioritize, assign, and track work orders through completion * Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for reporting and analysis * Coordinate inspections and servicing for HVAC, fire systems, elevators, and other critical infrastructure * Identify recurring issues and recommend operational improvements * Act as the liaison between the organization and third-party vendors * Schedule, coordinate, and oversee vendor services to minimize business disruption * Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) * Review and confirm services are completed as contracted * Assist with vendor sourcing, bidding, and onboarding processes * Support day-to-day facility activities
