Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing intermediate-to-advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the facility’s building systems, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure. This role supports daily operations within a highly regulated cannabis production environment and plays a key part in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance. The Technician II works closely with the Facility Manager and other site teams to complete preventive maintenance, respond to equipment issues, and coordinate with contractors when specialized service is required. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, exposure to HVAC systems, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to problem solving. This role may occasionally require after-hours or weekend support to address urgent maintenance needs. Pay for this role ranges from $32/hour - $35/hour depending on fit.
