Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic engineering, Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising facility, maintenance and equipment team from high-volume manufacturing industry

What You'll Do.
Oversee daily operations of facility systems
Ensure building infrastructure is maintained
and space optimization
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Supervise troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment
Ensure minimal downtime through effective maintenance strategies
Maintain equipment history records and documentation
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
and performance feedback
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
Provide after-hours support for urgent breakdowns
Remain reachable via mobile for urgent breakdowns
