Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Facilities Administrator/Receptionist - Part time** **Either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm** **Wokingham** **Key Responsibilities:** **Reception Duties:** * Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff * Manage the visitor management system, including check-in procedures and badge issuance * Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary * Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries * Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities * Support basic administrative tasks as needed * Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition * Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours * Client contract support / administrative duties * Support internal communications as directed by management * Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for meeting rooms and reception equipment * Raise purchase orders **Qualifications:** * Previous experience (2+ years) in reception roles * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Customer service orientation * Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications * Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges * Experience with visitor management systems (advantageous) * Relevant certifications in health and safety or technical areas (advantageous) Job description is not exhaustive and day to day duties may fall outside of the role listed a
