Provide Facilities Management team support
Coordinate office suppliers and deliveries
Coordinate cleaning/maintenance of coffee machines
Coordinate cleaning/maintenance of Zipp taps
Triage and undertake general small repairs
Refix loose hinges/items
Perform general upkeep of the office
Perform weekly planned maintenance tasks
Perform monthly planned maintenance tasks
Perform fire alarm tests
Perform water temperature recording
Perform flushing regimes
Perform emergency lighting tests
Support subcontractor attendances
Identify Health & Safety issues
Support migration for Health & Safety issues
Cover for Workplace Operations team
Cover for PwC Guernsey office
Resolve issues with archiving
Maintain quarterly key register
Organise quarterly key register
Resolve issues with quarterly key register
Maintain locker register
Organise locker register
Resolve issues with locker register
Provide support with event management
Assist with event management
Support Executive Support team
