Must Have
3-5 years in facility management or building operations, Proficiency in facility management software, Microsoft Office Suite, CAD/space planning tools, Understanding of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fundamentals, organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and vendor management skills, problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, ability to work independently and respond to emergencies
