Employees in this classification learn to operate a limited range of fabrication equipment and develop foundational competencies with guidance from experienced Fabricators and Lead personnel. The role supports daily manufacturing needs while helping employees grow their technical abilities. Candidates are evaluated during the interview process based on their experience, demonstrated skills, and technical knowledge. Depending on this evaluation, applicants may be considered for Fabricator positions ranging from Level I through Level V. This is a union‑represented position, and all classification levels, job duties, and pay ranges are established and governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
