What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 6 Months-1 year experience with fabrication techniques and machinery, 1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing environment, Familiarity with simple machine and tool operations, Understand how to identify and effectively use a variety of power and hand tools, Read, understand and utilize procedures, detailed computerized build plans, and basic mathematical calculations, Ability to perform precise and detailed work, attention to detail, Follow and promote safe work practices, at least 18 years of age
