What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or fabrication, 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams in a formal and/or informal leadership roles, 1+ year of experience with 787 program operations, 1+ year of experience with shop floor processes and procedures

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience as a team leader, Proven ability to drive team collaboration, productivity, and a customer-focused delivery mindset, Experience leading daily operations, managing performance metrics, and problem-solving skills, Background in safety and quality process ownership

What You'll Do.

Lead and model a positive and productive culture providing clear direction and holding the team to high standards

Coordinate priorities across shifts by discussing hot items

and providing clear turnover via email and handoff

Lead daily operations including Tier 1 meetings and assignment of daily work packages

ensuring execution of a unified one-team plan

Monitor performance and manage overtime balance by understanding JBS metrics

communicating triggers

and developing overtime plans while emphasizing recovery solutions beyond overtime

Promote continuous improvement by leading EI/Kaizen meetings and representing First Line Leader in Tier 2 meetings: supporting cross-training plans

including knowledge of all workstations within the work cell and being able to back-up teammates

Own safety and quality processes by encouraging submission of SATs/MAXIMOs
