What They're Looking For.

Must Have

PhD in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, Demonstrated track record of original, impactful work in nanofabrication, MEMS, or 2.5/3D integration, Effective at managing multiple tasks/projects, Work independently or within a team, Great problem solving and analytical skills, Verbal, written, and data presentation skills

Nice to Have

2+ years work experience in process integration in a 200/300mm foundry environment, Hands-on experience with manufacturing execution, Familiarity with superconducting quantum computing components, fabrication, and packaging techniques, Experience in performing failure analysis, Experience in root cause investigation for process excursions, Experience in yield monitoring, Experience in statistical process control

What You'll Do.

Develop and optimize processes to fabricate high-coherence superconducting

Develop advanced 3DI interconnect and routing technologies

Integrate superconducting quantum

Analyze inline metrology and electrical test

Develop and maintain integration documentation

Develop and maintain design rules

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

Interact with project leads to provide feedback

Stay updated with advancements and industry trends

Apply knowledge to improve processes

Provide technical guidance

Support junior colleagues

Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment

Develop novel technologies using micro-/nano-fabrication techniques

Conceive future innovations
