Organize and guide the engineering team to meet goals and deadlines effectively

Attend one-on-one weekly team meetings

Perform weekly Process/Gemba Walks and safety walks
Lead teams to achieve target efficiencies
LV2 events and provide proper documentation on key metrics like cycle times
Validate and approve packaging designs and specifications
