As a Fabrication Team Lead on the **2nd shift** , you will ensure smooth production flow in our Cooling Fabrication department. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and advance world-class manufacturing processes. * Provide day-to-day operational support, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members. * Partner with the Production Supervisor and support teams to resolve issues and meet department goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. * Maintain production flow by filling in on the line as needed during PTO, breaks, and absences. * Enforce company, department, and safety policies with strict adherence. * Coordinate and complete employee training to ensure standard work and quality compliance. * Operate equipment within the assigned area, including CRTs and forklifts. * Lead and engage in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts to uncover waste and promote 5S and Lean methods. * Engage, recognize, and motivate employees while promoting a strong safety culture. ## You have: * 3–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, with established proficiency in promoting Lean manufacturing and sustained improvement. * Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, and internet-based systems. * Strong knowledge of assigned production processes and effective communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. * The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing position, including strong attendance, reliability, and adaptability in a changing environment. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day * nVent is a lea
