Experience in building maintenance or facilities management in the UK, knowledge of UK building materials, construction methods, and safety regulations, Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and UK-specific building management software, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
