Set-up and operate a variety of machines and equipment. Responsible for utilizing people, machines, methods and materials to achieve quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives. Fill in for absences when necessary. ## **Your Team** You will be part of a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for metal fabrication operations, working closely with supervisors, operators, and support functions to ensure production goals are met. The team focuses on maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting daily production needs. ## **What You 'll Be Doing** * Perform a wide range of metal fabrication operations, set-up and operate a wide variety of machines and equipment, and troubleshoot problems when necessary. * Work from schedules and verbal and written instructions to plan work in proper sequence and to train and assist operators to perform their work in the proper and prescribed manner. * Assigns work to individual employees, follow up to insure completion of assigned tasks: re-assign personnel a
