You will guide technicians and student interns, support students with technical challenges, and help shape training and processes that underpin ABP’s innovative Maker Spaces. **What you will deliver:** * Oversee daily Digital Fabrication Lab operations, including design-for-fabrication support, job scheduling, point-of-sale and workflow monitoring. * Supervise technicians and student interns, ensuring adherence to lab procedures, rules, and high service standards. * Uphold and improve OHS practices, contributing to safety procedures, incident management and student supervision. * Monitor and support machine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating maintenance plans with the Maker Spaces team. * Deliver and refine training for staff and users and provide expert consultations on digital fabrication challenges. **You may be a great fit if you:** * Bring demonstrated experience with CNC routers, laser cut
