Who will you be working with? We are an experienced Manufacturing team in the rail transit industry, providing customers with door Controller, HVAC, Brake, and Safety products. FA engineer will work with Quality, Production, R&D,Test team to ensure the failure parts can be debugged and find the root cause. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for debugging the failure parts. Having the knowledge and ability of analyzing failure parts by test result. 作为制造团队的一员， 主要职责是分析失效件， 通过测试的结果，以及使用万用表，示波器等工具识别到具体的线路或元器件损坏，整理失效报告。 What do we want to know about you? • Engineering related to certificates. 工程相关专业。 • Familiar with schematics. 熟悉电路图。 • Familiar with PCBA process, have the strong knowledge to know the e-components, schematics working principle. Know common components failure mode. 熟悉PCBA 的工艺制程， 有熟悉电子元器件以及电路图的工作原理， 了解常见元件的失效模式。 • Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧。 • have the knowledge of quality tools, IPC 610 standard. 熟悉质量的管理工具，熟悉IPC610焊接标准。 • Be familiar with using relevant tools, such as programmable power supply, multimeter, Oscilloscope. 熟练使用相关分析工具（可编程电源,万用表,示波器等） What will your typical day look like? • RMA products debug, record. 完善维修流程，针对不同型号的产品建立对应的复测维修流程. • Lead the FA team, confirm the failure causes, and record the data into the MES system. 领导FA团队,维修产线功能测试不良,确认失效原因,输入到MES 系统. • Be contact window with QE, deliver FA report. 对接QE，维修客户端功能不良,提交完整FA报告. • Summarize the failure report and feedback to Methods team. 汇总失效报告，推进制程改善. • Training and coaching team members. 团队内部人员技能培训提升. • Be familiar with the product test logistics, give strong support to Test engineer. 深入的了解产品的测试，协助测试工程师对产品的测试优化或整改。 ## Additional Information What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?
