Must be willing to work 1st (0700-1600) or 2nd (1500-2400) shift and weekends, on a rotational basis., Or overtime hours of 0445-0700 or 1500-2400 weekdays and weekends on a rotational basis., Must be willing to rotate between multiple HMC’s and Warehouse facilities to support materials functions as needed., Minimal travel may be required., Must be a U. S. Citizen., This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of professional or an Advanced Degree in a related field., Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience may also be considered., Must be willing to work 1st (0700-1600) or 2nd (1500-2400) shift and weekends, on a rotational basis., Or overtime hours of 0445-0700 or 1500-2400 weekdays and weekends on a rotational basis., Must be willing to rotate between multiple HMC’s and Warehouse facilities to support materials functions as needed., Commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all safety policies and procedures., Must be a U. S. Citizen.
Nice to Have
Pursuing/possessing a bachelor’s degree., Experience in material scheduling, inventory management, or supply chain in an aerospace MRO environment., Prior experience in the aviation industry., Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies such as CORE, Six Sigma, or Lean (CORE Associate preferred)., organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment., Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interface at all levels of the organization., Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Results-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail., Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible roles in a start-up environment.
What You'll Do.
Manage and track parts inventory across multiple production modules
Ensure timely identification of part shortages to meet production schedules
Use SAP to reconcile parts
Coordinate part routing to external vendors or internal repair teams
Expedite materials for repair ensuring timely movement
Assist with coordination of parts swaps and routing for critical repair processes
Support engine assembly cells by prioritizing part movements
Create and maintain reporting documents providing regular updates
