completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade, professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, looking for a change of career, open and communicative, hosting skills, passion for the hotel industry, flexible and creative, excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations, team player, willing to provide assistance across departments

Nice to Have

management experience beneficial

What You'll Do.

coordinating and managing the bar team

Producing duty rosters and holiday schedules

Looking after and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge

as well as all associated tasks

Achieving the Motel One Lounge sales budget

rapid service and implementing the Motel One service concept “One Smile”

Conducting internal coaching and cross-trainings

as well as organising development training courses for Service staff

beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
