What You'll Achieve.
Collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding; Ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction
Industry & Context.
Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire, Drug free workplace, Acceptable driving record, valid driver's license
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of dealership finance experience, Acceptable driving record, valid driver's license in your state of residence, High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
Nice to Have
Prior automotive sales management experience
What You'll Do.
Providing exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase
Working with lenders to obtain financing approval
Completing all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork accurately and on time
Following up on and collecting receivables
Submitting deals to bank electronically
Entering transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems
Processing all transaction paperwork
Tracking deal receivables and following-up on outstanding items
Participating in store meetings
Interacting with sales team and sales managers
Following-up with customers for purchased products requiring customer action
Assisting Sales Team with customer engagement during peak traffic times
Obtaining all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.; Participate in store meetings including Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal and Store Manager meetings.
