What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above related design major, Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail design and event design with direct involvement in strategic planning, Advanced knowledge of MS software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Working knowledge of graphic & drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, AutoCAD), Fluent in verbal and written communication skill in English
Nice to Have
Major in Architecture, interior design or visual merchandising, Cosmetic Industry experience preferred

Lead Event Design team
Develop and execute event strategies
Prioritize events according to business strategies
Propose retail focused event design
Establish event strategies
Improve design process
Manage increased project volumes
Respond to Retail and Marketing requests
Obtain collaboration agreement
Secure essential resources
Convert marketing calendar into event calendar
Maintain productivity and safety
Allocate jobs within team
Collect results and feedback
Measure event design contribution
Share constructive feedback
Provide team development opportunities
Enhance data literacy skills
Clarify achievement standards
Achieve successful results in action plans
Draw and manage annual event budgets
Engage into negotiation process
Manage new image of Chanel events
Make events impactful and iconic
Develop designs for customer experience
Manage bidding process
Manage quality control of production

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Obtain collaboration agreement from stakeholders and counterparts; Share constructive feedback with key stakeholders; Work with Local / Travel Retail: FBP Retail, Marketing, Store Planning and Maintenance; Work with Global Design Services: AD; Work with Visual Merchandising Design FBP North Asia; Work with Chanel Asia & Global Forecasting team; Work with Local / overseas contractors and supplier; Work with Department Store / Mall Design team & MD team
Communication Scope
Fluent in verbal and written communication skill in English
Process & Methodology
Manage increased project volumes, Manage bidding process, Manage quality control, Manage construction drawings, Manage event budgets
