What You'll Do.
Lead frontline operations by supervising team members
Ensure exceptional guest service
Support the efficient delivery of restaurant and banquet services
Establish clear service standards and expectations for team members
Supervise daily operations
Provide ongoing coaching and recognition
Promptly address and document any performance concerns
Conduct performance evaluations on all direct reports
Propose development plans to help motivate workers to achieve goals
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and group conveners
Manage guest expectations
Deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
Order and maintain inventory required for the business unit to operate effectively
Adhere to the par levels provided by leadership
Oversee and support the Restaurant and Banquets teams with daily tasks
Step in to perform frontline duties when required to support service flow
Support leadership in POS programming and billing for guests/groups billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
May be required to work in other F&B operations for extended periods of time based on business volumes
Develop and manage employee schedules
Adjust labour levels based on business volumes and group activity
