This role supports team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas, or event spaces. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards * Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction * Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management * Train and mentor new team members * Handle guest feedback and resolve issues Requirements: * Proven experience in food & beverage service * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays ## Qualifications High school diploma; hospitality training preferred * 2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience * Strong communication and team management skills * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards * Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
