Manage daily operations
Monitor team dynamics
Be the point of contact for guests
Be the point of contact for colleagues
Operationally manage staff
Coach colleagues on service
Coach colleagues on quality
Collaborate with the kitchen
Support onboarding new employees
Handle financial transactions for the shift
Take responsibility for a specific area
Ensure continuity of restaurant operations
Be visible on the floor
Ensure guests have a high-quality experience
