What You'll Do.
Maintaining an organized dining room in terms of flow
Attending to the dining room
and clubhouse and its patrons positively and professionally
Assisting the à la carte service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience
Providing quality customer service
Anticipating guests' needs throughout the dining experience
Ensuring that guests are never left unattended
Assisting Servers in areas such as running food
and cleaning dining room tables and chairs
Maintaining a clean dining environment
Removing dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room and taking them to the designated kitchen/dish pit
Resetting and restocking any and all tables & service areas according to standards
Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
Keeping side stations filled
Ensuring all small wares and condiments are restocked
Ensuring silverware is polished and rolled
Seating guests and running food as needed according to seating charts
Attending pre-shift meetings
Completing daily tasks according to a checklist
and offering water to new guests
Being knowledgeable of all menus and specials
as well as seating charts and venues

Attend to the dining room, banquet areas, and clubhouse and its patrons positively and professionally. Represents the PGA of America in the utmost professional manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _include the following. Other duties may be assigned._ Assist the à la carte service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience. Provide quality customer service, anticipate guests' needs throughout the dining experience, and ensure that guests are never left unattended. Assist Servers in areas such as running food, pre-bussing, water service, table maintenance, and coffee service. Throughout the dining experience, anticipate guests' needs and ensure they are promptly attended to. Set up, break down, clear, and clean dining room tables and chairs, along with maintaining a clean dining environment. Remove dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room as needed and take them to the designated kitchen/dish pit. Reset and restock any and all tables & service areas according to standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
