Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimise customer processes; Solve high-pressure production issues with agility, authority, and a deep understanding of F&B processes
60–80% travel across UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Nordics, Readiness to work in demanding production environments (hot/cold, humidity, noise, chemicals)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry with technical credibility, Demonstrated project management capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimise customer processes, Excellent communication skills across all levels — from operators to site management and procurement, High resilience, flexibility, and readiness to work in demanding production environments (hot/cold, humidity, noise, chemicals), Digital proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite), Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and operate with professional authority
Nice to Have
Fluent French or Dutch is an advantage
