Must Have

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times, min. 1 year experience as a Hostess for a reputed Hotel/Restaurant, F&B Product Knowledge, interpersonal and problem solving abilities, Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team, Able to communicate in English, Well-groomed and a high standard of personal hygiene required, Enthusiastic and willing to learn, Positive attitude and pleasant personality, Must currently hold the role applying for, Should have qualifications matching to position applying for, A positive and energetic attitude, Be able to work under pressure & flexible to work within a dynamic team environment, Excellent team player, Trackable references to support the role applied for

What You'll Do.

Work as a team with colleagues

to ensure timely service and a smooth-running operation

Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service

Perform every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner

Maintain professional telephone etiquette and a perfect understanding of reservation’s policies and procedures

Be completely familiar with the services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel

Greet and seat guests in the restaurant in a warm and friendly manner and set the tone of welcoming hospitality that will continue during the entire guest experience

Ensure that the front or the restaurant is always covered

and that the entrance to the restaurant is as welcoming and attractive as possible

Check each table to ensure that it is clean

and fully set up before any guests are seated at the table

Check with guests to get feedback on the quality of their experience

Share any problems that arise with outlet managers but try to take care of the problem at once

Pitch in and help in service whenever the need arises

Ensure all documents / checklists are updated as an when required

Ensure all local laws related to service of food

tobacco are adhered to

Work in different shifts and maybe be assigned to different outlets in different shifts based on business needs

Work extra hours based on the business demands

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time
