Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that supports the objectives of our organization. * Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage facilities, including cafeterias, pantry areas, and vending services. * Collaborate with internal teams to understand their specific requirements and preferences regarding food and beverage offerings. * Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage by establishing standards, conducting regular audits, and providing feedback for improvement. * Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and contract management with suppliers, caterers, and food service providers. * Coordinate and execute special events, such as team lunches, company-wide celebrations, and conferences, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail. * Manage the budget for food and beverage services, including cost control, forecasting, and expense tracking. * Stay updated
