F/A-18 Level 2 IPT Leader - Flight Simulation Labs **Company:** The Boeing Company The Flight Simulation | Labs organization at The Boeing Company is currently seeking an M Level **F/A-18 Flight Simulation Labs Level 2 IPT Leader** to lead a team responsible for the Flight Simulation Labs scope on the F/A-18 Program located in **Berkeley, MO**. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The Flight Simulation | Labs organization provides a comprehensive simulation and laboratory solution for the design, development, integration and deployment of Boeing defense products. The F/A-18 Flight Simulation Labs Level 2 IPT Leader will be responsible for technical execution of the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex Avionics Hardware/Software/System integration facilities and software simulation products in support of all F/A-18 programs. In this role, the Manager will deploy to the F/A-18 Mission Systems IPT Leader and report to the Flight Simulation Labs Capability Leader. The position will be responsible for a multi discipline engineering team performing multiple engineering tasks including requirements development, hardware development, software development, verification testing, system analysis, and simulation/SIL deployment and testing. The engineering leader will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, acquiring resources for project development, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical oversight on team activities, leading process improvements, and employee development. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manages teams performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering. * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals * Acquires resources for pro
