F-35 Test Engineer **The Opportunity:** When a user tries new hardware or software, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful development, and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, an experienced test engineer who knows how to thoroughly test aircraft hardware and software and work to make sure our team releases the best F-35 possible. As an F-35 Test Engineer on our team, you will provide test engineering support to develop and document data analysis requirements to satisfy test objectives. You’ll support the development of test plans for F-35 flight test and lab calibration tests, including the design, development, and implementation of complex calculations in support of test objectives. You’ll use your experience to work with test facility personnel to maintain test readiness in support of real-time data display and recording and troubleshoot test data issues before, during, and after test activities. Working with government clients, you’ll coordinate with instrumentation and software programming personnel for problem fixes and new installation and development. You’ll analyze recorded and calculated test data and assess for quality prior to release to data end-users.
