5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role, 5+ years of experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs, 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional and Lean+ projects, 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment, Experience with schedule and budget management, stakeholder communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and requirements are met

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Experience with Boeing Manufacturing Operations Functions (Manufacturing, Materials Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Operations), Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with internal and external stakeholders, Direct applicable knowledge of Production Systems development and “Start Right" methodologies
