Leadership role experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”, Bachelor’s degree or higher, 1+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership, Experience leading and organizing deliverables to meet deadlines with minimal direction, 3+ year of experience in the aerospace industry, Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods, Active U. S. Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship Required)
