F-15 EX Fielding Senior Program Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a **Senior Program Manager** to lead fielding and sustainment for the F-15EX in a high-visibility, impactful role on the F-15 platform in **Berkeley, MO**. This position owns execution and delivery of product support, drives cross-functional teams, and shapes platform-level strategies that enable rapid, reliable bed-down of F-15EX aircraft at USAF bases worldwide. Positioned at the nexus of industry and DoD, the role balances near-term execution with proposal activity for future production lots, influences platform strategy, and forges deep relationships with BDS, USAF, and international BGS program managers while working with a high-performing, diverse team that values innovation and inclusion. A key element of the role is leading integration with international program managers to align BGS strategy and incorporate execution efficiencies for F-15 new-aircraft fielding. **Position Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary BGS interface to BDS and the USAF customer for product support deliverables and platform strategy for F-15 EX fielding * Own BGS technical, cost, and schedule performance, including Profit & Loss oversight for BGS work * Develop and execute integrated program plans, policies, and procedures that drive timely, high-quality delivery * Lead acquisition activities, applying and tailoring program management best practices and change initiatives * Partner with capability and functional organizations to secure staffing, identify and resolve issues, and track performance metrics * Create and implement F-15EX and platform product support strategies to ensure successful aircraft bed-down across bases * Manage program risk, issues, and opportunities; proactively escalate and drive effective closure on mitigation plans * Build and sustain DoD/USAF and international customer relationships and represent BGS in customer engagements * Coordinate with in
